Plan limits and fair use

Clear prices and enforceable allowances protect customer expectations. Momentum warns workspace owners at 70% and 90%, then blocks new consumption at 100% unless a signed order form includes approved overages.

This policy forms part of our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. A signed order form takes precedence where it expressly changes these terms.

Third-party charges

Carrier, telephony, email-provider, model-provider, payment-processing and other external fees are separate unless a signed order form includes them.

Department plans

Department packages provision only the purchased specialist function and shared platform foundations. Their exact modules, seats and implementation scope are recorded in the order form.

Storm learning boundary

Free, Starter and Growth use industry knowledge plus the current request and deliberately selected records. Persistent cross-session organization learning and adaptive personalization begin on Enterprise. Enterprise+ adds managed operation.

Downgrades

Downgrades do not automatically delete data. Existing information stays available while creation or consumption is restricted until usage fits the destination plan.

Metering and retries

Monthly usage is recorded durably. Idempotent retries are not counted twice, and failed provider actions release their reservation.

Capture privacy and retention

Website tracking remains inactive until consent. Raw visitor events default to 90 days, aggregate analytics to 13 months, and owners may choose shorter periods.

Enterprise implementation

Enterprise is GBP 4,499 per month including ten full seats; additional seats are GBP 189 per month. Implementation is scoped from GBP 7,500. A normal cross-team launch should budget approximately GBP 10,000, while unusual migration, cleansing, custom development, on-site delivery and complex integration work are quoted separately. Enterprise includes persistent organization-aware Storm and a self-service weekly operational brief.

Enterprise+ Launch Assurance and managed service

Enterprise+ is GBP 7,999 per month including ten full seats and the GBP 3,500 managed-success layer; additional seats remain GBP 189 per month. A one-time GBP 10,000 Launch Assurance implementation package is required.

40 implementation hours

A tracked specialist bank delivered during the first 90 days for discovery, solution design, data mapping and migration assistance, permissions, integrations, workflows, dashboards, testing and administrator handover.

Named launch lead

One accountable launch manager owns the plan, meetings, risks, decisions, specialist coordination and go-live acceptance. This is not a full-time dedicated employee.

10 UK business days of hypercare

Daily checks, proactive monitoring, prioritized defect and configuration triage, engineering escalation and a formal transition to normal support—not unlimited custom work.

Managed operational briefs

Evidence-linked daily summaries of workflow, payment, send, sync and webhook failures; pipeline, renewal, cash and customer risk; anomalies; owners; actions; and source records.

Quarterly optimization

A quarterly review of pipelines, automations, call outcomes, support delays, adoption, usage limits and a prioritized improvement pack.

P1 and P2 response

Acknowledgement and qualified triage targets of 60 minutes for P1 and 240 minutes for P2 apply during published UK support hours. Out-of-hours reports are monitored and handled on a best-efforts basis, with no guaranteed response time unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Targets are not resolution guarantees.

P1 means production unavailable, critical data-integrity or security risk, or a business-critical process with no workaround. Unused implementation hours expire 90 days after kickoff. Four remote training sessions are included. Work outside the package requires a written change order.

Unlimited product limits remain subject to security controls, provider capacity, law and reasonable abuse prevention.
